Bookings made through third-party booking platforms are also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform.<\/p>\n The website, online shop and Marima Farm services are operated by:<\/p>\n \nSvetovanje na podro\u010dju agronomije, Ur\u0161ka Klan\u010dar s.p.<\/strong> \nRegistration number: 6454089000 Marima Farm primarily offers organically produced dried fruit, olive oil and other farm products, as well as accommodation at Vila Marima and Apartma Marima.<\/p>\n Product photographs are illustrative. As many of our products are natural agricultural products, minor variations in colour, shape, size and appearance may occur and do not in themselves affect the quality or safety of the product.<\/p>\n The availability of certain products may be seasonal and limited by harvest quantities.<\/p>\n All prices displayed on the website are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.<\/p>\n The price displayed at the time the order or booking is submitted applies. Delivery charges, tourist tax and any additional services are not included in the basic price unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n Marima Farm reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect orders or bookings that have already been confirmed.<\/p>\n The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart, enters the required information and selects an available payment and delivery method.<\/p>\n Before submitting the order, the customer can review and correct the contents of the cart and the information entered.<\/p>\n After submitting the order, the customer receives confirmation at the e-mail address provided. If an ordered product cannot be supplied, we will inform the customer and, where applicable, refund any payment already received.<\/p>\n Available payment methods are displayed during checkout or during the accommodation booking process.<\/p>\n If payment is processed by a third-party payment service provider, the transaction is carried out in accordance with that provider’s terms and security procedures. Marima Farm does not store payment card details when these are processed directly by an external payment provider.<\/p>\n Products are delivered to destinations available during the ordering process. Available delivery methods and delivery charges are displayed before the customer submits the final order.<\/p>\n Delivery times are indicative unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.<\/p>\n The customer should inspect the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel is visibly damaged, we recommend documenting the damage and contacting us as soon as possible at info@marima.si<\/a>.<\/p>\n For distance contracts, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n The consumer must notify us of the decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement sent to:<\/p>\n \nMarima Farm The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the consumer has informed us of the withdrawal. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n Payments received will be refunded in accordance with applicable law. The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n Marima Farm is responsible for the conformity of goods in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.<\/p>\n If the customer receives an incorrect, damaged or otherwise non-conforming product, they should contact us at info@marima.si<\/a> and, where possible, provide the order number and photographs of the product and packaging.<\/p>\n Minor natural differences in the appearance, size or colour of agricultural products do not in themselves constitute a lack of conformity if the product corresponds to its description and is of appropriate quality and safe for its intended use or consumption.<\/p>\n Vila Marima and Apartma Marima may be booked through the website, by e-mail, by telephone or through an external booking platform.<\/p>\n A booking is confirmed when the guest receives a booking confirmation. Where an advance payment, deposit or other guarantee is required, the amount, deadline and payment method are stated during the booking process or in the offer or booking confirmation.<\/p>\n Each booking is subject to the price, cancellation policy, advance-payment conditions, minimum stay and other specific conditions displayed during booking or stated in the booking confirmation.<\/p>\n1.
