Our extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed from olives grown on our estate. It is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (around 84%), polyphenols, and vitamins A and E — natural antioxidants that help protect cells from ageing and support cardiovascular health.
Olive oil has a positive effect on the balance between good (HDL) and bad (LDL) cholesterol, has anti-inflammatory and antithrombotic properties, helps lower blood pressure and promote blood vessel dilation, helps regulate blood sugar levels, and supports liver and bile duct function. Its fatty acid composition is similar to that of breast milk, making it suitable for the diets of infants and people with diabetes as well.
