Operation title: Investment in the establishment of permanent plantations

Brief description: The Marima farm is participating in the 1st public call for proposals for the sub-measure ‘Investments in agricultural holdings’ under the IRP16 intervention ‘Investments in adaptation to climate change in permanent crops’ for the year 2024, with the aim of developing three permanent crops. A lateral anti-drip net will also be installed in all permanent plantations.

Objectives of the operation: Our products are highly regarded by customers and are of high quality. Demand for our products exceeds supply. Based on customer feedback, we know we are heading in the right direction, both in terms of production and processing. However, we are also aware that future growth of the farm requires investment, both in continuous improvement and in expanding production capacity. Investing in permanent orchards with anti-hail netting will ensure the growth and development of the farm and provide greater financial stability in the future.
